An early-stage startup came to Harbinger with a physical product that deploys to brick-and-mortar locations.
They had a working product and funding, but no structured go-to-market approach and were struggling to get pilots out in the field. We helped reframe their target segment, built a lead tracking system, dashboard and interface, then ran a multi-channel outreach program across cold calling, email, and in-person visits.
When digital outreach plateaued, we shifted to field execution — visiting locations in-person, collecting stakeholder info, dropping off one-pagers and refining messaging based on what we heard.

We had our product built but struggled getting it into the market. Julian came in, reworked our entire go-to-market approach, and had us in several pilot locations within 60 days. Didn't hand us a strategy deck, didn't give a blanket advice. He generated hundreds of leads, reached out to all of them manually so we wouldn't get hit with spam filters, and when that wasn't working fast enough, he got out in the field, met people in person, and made it happen. Didn't expect an AI consultant to say "Let's talk to people face to face" but we couldn't be happier.
